The posting

Empresa española del sector alimentario, especializada en la elaboración y comercialización de productos embutidos, busca incorporar a dos Key Account Managers:

  • Una vacante con base en Madrid.
  • Una vacante con base en Barcelona.

Cada profesional será responsable de la gestión comercial de su respectiva zona, con una presencia constante en supermercados y otros puntos de venta. Se trata de una posición principalmente de terreno, orientada a incrementar las ventas, mejorar la visibilidad de los productos y asegurar su correcta rotación.

Ambas posiciones reportarán al Adjunto/a a Dirección Comercial.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Visitar regularmente los supermercados y puntos de venta asignados en Madrid o Barcelona.
  • Impulsar las ventas y la rotación de los productos dentro de su zona.
  • Supervisar la presencia, disponibilidad, ubicación y visibilidad de los productos en tienda.
  • Mantener una relación cercana con responsables, gerentes y equipos comerciales de los establecimientos.
  • Detectar caídas de venta, analizar sus causas y proponer acciones comerciales o activaciones.
  • Coordinar iniciativas en el punto de venta con Dirección Comercial y Trade Marketing.
  • Realizar seguimiento de ventas, unidades vendidas y cumplimiento de objetivos de su zona.

Perfil buscado

  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia comercial en terreno y gestión de puntos de venta.
  • Experiencia en empresas de alimentación, productos perecederos o gran consumo con presencia en supermercados.
  • Conocimiento del funcionamiento de grandes cadenas de distribución y de la gestión comercial en tienda.
  • Experiencia trabajando con objetivos de venta, rotación, visibilidad y disponibilidad de producto.
  • Residencia en Madrid o Barcelona, según la vacante, y disponibilidad para desplazarse diariamente por su zona.
  • La formación universitaria será valorada, aunque se priorizará la experiencia comercial relevante.

Ubicación y modalidad

Se trata de dos vacantes independientes: una para Madrid y otra para Barcelona.

La posición se desarrollará principalmente en terreno, visitando de manera continua los supermercados y puntos de venta de la zona asignada. Cada KAM tendrá responsabilidad directa sobre los resultados comerciales de su ciudad.
