The posting

We are looking for a Key Account Manager with a strong project management background to join our international Sales team in Vilnius and help drive the next stage of TLT’s growth.

TLT is a rapidly growing manufacturing group delivering electronics, PCB, plastics, and full box-build solutions for customers in the consumer, networking, automotive, medical, industrial, and defense sectors. With advanced automation, robotics, and vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities, we turn complex ideas into scalable production solutions.

TLT continues to invest in long-term growth, which includes a newly developed R&D center and two dedicated manufacturing facilities in Lithuania, alongside our expanding manufacturing footprint in the US and Vietnam. In this position, you will :

  • Lead complex customer programs from nomination through to mass production and beyond.
  • Manage the end-to-end project management of customer onboarding, integration, and scaling.
  • Own strategic customer relationships, driving long-term growth and account retention.
  • Align cross-functional internal teams (engineering, sourcing, planning, and production) to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Lead customer communication and proactively mitigate risks to prevent escalations.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand revenue.
  • Ensure performance on key business metrics aligns with company objectives (revenue growth, margin performance, cost management/PPV, inventory turns, AR management, etc.).
  • Provide regular status updates and performance reports to the management team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Program/Project Management, or Strategic Sales.
  • Strong background in EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) or the electronics manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
  • A proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving complex technical projects.
  • A strong commercial mindset with the ability to negotiate, build partnerships, and grow accounts.
  • English language proficiency at a C1 level or higher (primary working language).
  • Excellent proficiency with MS Office and modern Project Management platforms.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, solve problems proactively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary

Recognizing the candidate's efforts and experience, we offer a competitive salary that reflects your skills and expertise. The salary for this position ranges from €20/hour - €25/hour (€ 3 360 – 4 200 per month) before taxes, depending on your experience and competence.

* The employment contract states a fixed hourly salary before taxes.
