The posting

Fringe Studio is a design-led stationery and gift company creating custom product lines for major retailers across its Fringe Studio and Pet Shop by Fringe Studio brands. The team combines creativity with commercial focus, bringing thoughtfully designed products to market while building lasting retail partnerships that support continued growth.

This role is central to that effort. As Key Account Sales Manager, you will help grow and strengthen relationships with large, multi-location customers while serving as a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams. It is a strong fit for someone who brings a consultative sales approach, sharp business judgment, and the ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day account leadership in support of profitable, sustained growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of national accounts across multi-channel markets, with a particular focus on mass market retailers, serving as the primary point of contact for the relationship.
  • Manage all aspects of the customer relationship, from day-to-day servicing and order support to long-range account planning.
  • Prepare and analyze sales metrics and account performance data to identify growth opportunities and white space within your assigned customer base.
  • Build account relationships on credibility, trust, and consistently outstanding service, and design and execute an overall sales strategy to drive profitable growth.
  • Lead the strategic planning process for each key account, setting annual sales objectives and financial targets in partnership with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis, staying ahead of shifts in assortment and category strategy.
  • Communicate customer requirements to internal teams, including art, product development, purchasing, and customer service, so every department is aligned.
  • Prepare and deliver account reviews, forecasts, and sales presentations to keep leadership informed and customers confident in the partnership.
  • Travel to customer headquarters, trade shows, and industry events as needed to represent Fringe and strengthen key relationships.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
