KEY HOLDER (K/M)

Osoba zatrudniona na stanowisku Key Holder będzie pełnić funkcję lidera zmiany, dbając o sprawny przebieg codziennych operacji w sklepie. Dodatkowo Key Holder wspiera zespół w realizacji bieżących zadań, celów sprzedażowych oraz standardów marki.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • prowadzenie zmiany i koordynowanie bieżących zadań zespołu podczas nieobecności kadry kierowniczej,
  • wspieranie zespołu w realizacji celów sprzedażowych i zapewnianiu wysokiego poziomu obsługi klienta,
  • nadzór nad prawidłową realizacją zadań przez zespół podczas nieobecności kadry kierowniczej,
  • Otwieranie oraz zamykanie sklepu zgodnie z procedurami,
  • dbanie o dostępność produktów, właściwą ekspozycję oraz standardy czystości i estetyki sklepu,
  • realizowanie czynności kasowych, w tym obsługa zwrotów i wymian,
  • dbanie o przestrzeganie standardów i procedur obowiązujących w sklepie,
  • przekazywanie kadrze kierowniczej informacji dotyczących przebiegu zmiany i bieżącego funkcjonowania sklepu.

Requirements

Od idealnych kandydatów oczekujemy:

  • minimum rocznego doświadczenia na stanowisku Sprzedawcy lub Starszego Sprzedawcy,
  • doświadczenia w sprzedaży i obsłudze klienta,
  • zainteresowania modą i znajomości bieżących trendów,
  • umiejętności organizacji pracy i koordynowania zadań zespołu,
  • samodzielności i odpowiedzialności,
  • komunikatywności i umiejętności pracy zespołowej,
  • kreatywności, zaangażowania i pozytywnego nastawienia.
