Plečiame savo komandą ir šiuo metu kviečiame prisijungti klientų patirties specialistę (-ą) Vilniuje, kuri(-s) padės sukurti išskirtinę patirtį ir užtikrinti aukščiausio lygio klientų aptarnavimą.

Klientų patirties specialistė (-as) padės pardavimų komandai teikdama (-as) administracinę ir klientų aptarnavimo pagalbą. Šios pareigos apima bendravimą su klientais, dokumentų tvarkymą ir pardavimo proceso sklandumo užtikrinimą.

Darbo pobūdis:

  • Klientų pasitikimas, atvykimo tikslo išsiaiškinimas ir reikalingos pirminės informacijos suteikimas;
  • Dokumentų valdymas (rengimas, registravimas, sisteminimas);
  • Kasdienė administracinė pagalba vadovui ir komandos nariams;
  • Salono patalpų tvarkos ir švaros priežiūra;
  • Kiti su administravimu susiję vadovo pavesti darbai.

Requirements

Tikimės, kad Jūs:
