Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Tworzenie rozwiązań konstrukcyjnych oraz dobór wyposażenia pokładowego
  • Tworzenie oraz nadzór nad dokumentacją techniczną 3D oraz 2D (klasyfikacyjna, robocza, zakupowa) zgodnie z przepisami Towarzystw Klasyfikacyjnych i wymaganiami kontraktowymi
  • Analiza niezgodności produkcyjnych i optymalizacja procesów projektowych pod kątem produktywności, kosztów i zgodności z założeniami projektowymi
  • Koordynacja międzybranżowa i techniczne uzgodnienia z przedstawicielami Towarzystw Klasyfikacyjnych, dostawcami i podwykonawcami, w tym udział w spotkaniach projektowych i międzywydziałowych
  • Raportowanie postępów oraz błędów projektowych

Requirements

Nasze wymagania

  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu konstrukcji stalowych i wyposażenia statków lub jachtów, w tym elementów prototypowych
  • Znajomość wytrzymałości materiałów, projektowania układów kinematycznych oraz technologii obróbki metali (stal nierdzewna, czarna, aluminium)
  • Znajomość dokumentacji 2D pod wymagania klasyfikacyjne dla statków lub jachtów– umiejętność jej tworzenia i sprawdzania, a także nadzorowania pracy innych konstruktorów w zakresie projektu technicznego i roboczego
  • Znajomość spawalnictwa, w tym technologii spawania i wymagań jakościowych istotnych w projektowaniu i certyfikacji konstrukcji stalowych
  • Znajomość oprogramowania SolidWorks oraz AutoCAD (lub programów podobnych)
  • Komunikatywność i znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B2/C1) umożliwiająca codzienną współpracę techniczną z klientami i firmami zewnętrznymi

  • Umiejętność przeprowadzania obliczeń MES
