Ο Συντηρητής Ξενοδοχείου θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την καλή λειτουργία και συντήρηση των εγκαταστάσεων του ξενοδοχείου, διασφαλίζοντας ότι οι επισκέπτες απολαμβάνουν μια άνετη και ασφαλή διαμονή.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διενέργεια τακτικών ελέγχων και συντήρησης των εγκαταστάσεων του ξενοδοχείου.
  • Διόρθωση διαρροών, ηλεκτρικών προβλημάτων και άλλων ζητημάτων για την εξασφάλιση ασφαλούς και λειτουργικής υποδομής.
  • Συνεργασία με προμηθευτές και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες για εργασίες που απαιτούν ειδικές γνώσεις.
  • Διασφάλιση ότι οι χώροι είναι πάντα καθαροί και οργανωμένοι.
  • Αντίκτυποι σε βλάβες και προγραμματισμός εργασιών συντήρησης.
  • Συνεργασία με τις άλλες ομάδες του ξενοδοχείου για την επίλυση προβλημάτων που επηρεάζουν την εμπειρία των επισκεπτών.

Requirements

  • Γνώσεις στη συντήρηση ηλεκτρικών, υδραυλικών και μηχανικών συστημάτων.
  • Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες διαχείρισης χρόνου και ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση.
  • Καλές διαπροσωπικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
  • Ικανότητα αυτονομίας και επίλυσης προβλημάτων.
  • Τήρηση των κανόνων ασφαλείας και των διαδικασιών του ξενοδοχείου.
