Wir stellen im Auftrag unseres Kunden für die Position Deutschsprachiger Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d) – Remote in Griechenland ein!

Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung eingehender Chats, E-Mails oder Telefonanrufe
  • Ermittlung und Einschätzung der Kundenbedürfnisse, um Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten
  • Aufbau von vertrauensvollen Beziehungen durch offene und interaktive Kommunikation
  • Bereitstellung von korrekten, vollständigen und relevanten Informationen mithilfe der vorhandenen Methoden/Tools
  • Dokumentation von Kundeninteraktionen, Bearbeitung von Kundenkonten und Ablage von Unterlagen
  • Einhaltung von Kommunikationsrichtlinien, Vorgaben und Unternehmensrichtlinien

Requirements

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1 – C2)
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2 – C1)
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung sowie aktives Zuhören
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Kundenorientierung sowie die Fähigkeit, sich auf unterschiedliche Charaktere einzustellen
  • Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bearbeiten, Prioritäten zu setzen und die Zeit effizient zu managen
