Als Customer Support Agent:in unterstützt du Kund:innen eines modernen Energieversorgers im First-Level-Support. Im Mittelpunkt steht eine freundliche, zuverlässige und verständliche Betreuung rund um Anliegen zu nachhaltigem Strom, Tarifen, Vertragsfragen, Terminen und allgemeinen Service-Themen.

Unser Auftraggeber steht für 100 % Ökostrom, digitale Innovation und eine neue Art, Energie erlebbar zu machen. Als Teil des Support-Teams hilfst du Kund:innen dabei, sich in dieser modernen Energiewelt gut zurechtzufinden — persönlich, lösungsorientiert und auf Augenhöhe.

Der Schwerpunkt deiner Tätigkeit liegt in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung: Kund:innen buchen vorab einen Termin, den du anschließend telefonisch wahrnimmst. Zusätzlich bearbeitest du schriftliche Anliegen per E-Mail. Es handelt sich um eine reine Kundenbetreuung im First Level — strukturiert, serviceorientiert und ohne Wochenendarbeit.

Requirements

  • Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
  • Freude an telefonischer Kundenbetreuung und professioneller Kommunikation
  • Serviceorientierte, freundliche und geduldige Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, Kund:innenanliegen verständlich aufzunehmen, einzuordnen und lösungsorientiert zu bearbeiten
  • Interesse an Themen rund um Energie, Nachhaltigkeit und digitale Services
  • Sicherer Umgang mit schriftlicher Kommunikation, insbesondere im E-Mail-Support
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Struktur und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit Kundendaten
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 10:00 und 18:00 Uhr
  • Erste Erfahrung im Customer Support, Call Center, Kundenservice oder in der Energiebranche ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
