  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für Kunden und unterstützt sie bei der Lösung ihrer Anliegen.
  • Du bearbeitest Kundenanliegen zuverlässig und dokumentierst diese sorgfältig in unseren Systemen.
  • Du findest passende Lösungen und sorgst mit deinem Service für ein positives Kundenerlebnis.
  • Kein Verkauf, kein aktiver Sales: Dein Fokus liegt ausschließlich auf hochwertigem Kundenservice.

Requirements

Was du mitbringst:

  • Erste Erfahrung im Customer Service oder Call Center ist von Vorteil.
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Empathie und hast Freude daran, Menschen weiterzuhelfen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du arbeitest zuverlässig, strukturiert und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick.
  • Du interessierst dich für Mode, E-Commerce und den Versandhandel.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
  • Eine stabile Internetverbindung und ein ruhiger Arbeitsplatz im Homeoffice sind Voraussetzung.
