Unser revolutionäres Produkt bietet spannende und herausfordernde Probleme, die du lösen wirst, während du mit freundlichen Kunden zusammenarbeitest. Du wirst die Möglichkeit haben, Kundenanfragen über Telefon, Chat und E-Mail zu bearbeiten und sie bei der Nutzung unserer HR- und Payroll-Lösungen zu unterstützen. Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich sind von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon, Chat und E-Mail
  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Nutzung unserer HR- und Payroll-Lösungen
  • Lösung von Kundenanliegen rund um alle Themen des Kundenservice
  • Unterstützung der Kunden bei technischen und fachlichen Fragen zu unserem Produkt
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch schnelle und kompetente Hilfe
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, um Kundenfeedback weiterzugeben und Probleme nachhaltig zu lösen
  • Pflege und Dokumentation von Kundenanfragen im System
