Empresa mexicana líder en el diseño, fabricación y comercialización de mobiliario para proyectos corporativos, hoteleros, institucionales y comerciales, busca integrar a su equipo un Líder Comercial con visión estratégica, enfoque en resultados y experiencia liderando equipos comerciales de alto desempeño.

Si cuentas con amplia experiencia desarrollando negocios, posicionando marcas y liderando estrategias comerciales a nivel nacional e internacional, esta oportunidad es para ti.

REQUISITOS:

  • Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Negocios o afín (deseable MBA o diplomados en ventas, negociación o desarrollo directivo).
  • Experiencia en posiciones de Gerencia Comercial.
  • Experiencia comprobable en la comercialización de productos de la industria del mobiliario, diseño, arquitectura, interiorismo o sectores afines.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos comerciales multidisciplinarios a nivel nacional.
  • Excelente presentación ejecutiva.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar dentro y fuera del país, contar con Visa americana.
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Conocimiento del mercado de arquitectura, diseño, desarrolladores, hotelería, corporativos y/o sector gobierno.

CONOCIMIENTOS EN:

  • Planeación y ejecución de estrategias comerciales.
  • Desarrollo de nuevos mercados y grandes cuentas.
  • Administración de presupuestos y pronósticos de ventas.
  • Gestión de indicadores (KPIs) y rentabilidad comercial.
  • Análisis de mercado y competencia.
  • Relaciones comerciales de alto nivel.
  • Cadenas de suministro.
  • ERP (preferentemente Odoo), CRM y Google Workspace.
  • Ventas nacionales e internacionales.

PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES:

  • Diseñar e implementar la estrategia comercial para asegurar el crecimiento y cumplimiento de los objetivos de la empresa.
  • Dirigir y desarrollar a las gerencias comerciales regionales y coordinaciones especializadas.
  • Incrementar la participación de mercado mediante el desarrollo de nuevos negocios y clientes estratégicos.
  • Administrar el presupuesto del área comercial y asegurar el cumplimiento de los indicadores de desempeño.
  • Fortalecer el posicionamiento de la marca en el sector privado y gubernamental.
  • Desarrollar relaciones comerciales con despachos de arquitectura, desarrolladores, hotelería, instituciones y clientes clave.
  • Liderar el análisis de mercado para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y diversificación.
  • Coordinar la participación de la empresa en ferias, exposiciones y eventos comerciales.
  • Impulsar la mejora continua de los procesos comerciales y de atención al cliente.
