The posting

Esta posición será responsable de mantener el proceso productivo general en su área asignada, así como de monitorear la calidad del producto y los rendimientos de producción de su línea; ayuda con la capacitación y la mejora continua y la responsabilidad de todos los miembros del equipo; dando ejemplo a los colaboradores de la línea.

Responsabilidades

  • Apoyar la gestión del Supervisor y desarrollar planes de acción conjuntos para lograr los indicadores de producción
  • Es responsable que el personal siga los procedimientos y opere los equipos consistentes con GMP y protocolos de calidad y EHS.
  • Entiende todos los sistemas de soporte de operaciones, incluidos los sistemas de documentación y trazabilidad.
  • Asegurar que los materiales y suministros requeridos en el proceso de manufactura están disponibles y comunica de manera oportuna y da seguimiento ante cualquier necesidad.
  • Proporcionar retroalimentación para su uso en evaluaciones de desempeño y entrenamiento periódico del personal.
  • Asegurar que se completen los registros de entrenamiento y capacitación para el personal nuevo.
  • Responsable de la coordinación y priorización de órdenes de producción, y determina la capacidad para cumplir con los requerimientos.
  • Colaborar de manera interfuncional para planificar por adelantado, recursos y suministros con el fin de satisfacer las necesidades comerciales.
  • Comprender, adherirse y contribuir a las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad y calidad.
  • Hacer los reportes diarios de métricas y estar en la capacidad de analizar tendencias.

Requirements

  • Conocimiento Intermedio en Sistemas de calidad, métricas de producción y métodos de control de inventario.
  • Bachillerato en educación secundaria y con formación técnica concluida o universitaria incompleta en ingeniería, producción o áreas afines.
  • Conocimiento básico en MS Office.
  • Conocimiento intermedio en sistemas utilizados en el ambiente de manufactura.
  • Deseable Inglés B1
  • 3-5 años de experiencia como operario - entrenador o técnico en un ambiente complejo de la industria altamente regulada.
  • Fuertes habilidades de gestión de proyectos con la capacidad de desarrollar y cumplir con los plazos y presupuestos del proyecto.
