The posting

Buscamos un Líder de proyectos TI para liderar proyectos de alto impacto en el sector bancario. El rol es presencial en Quito, Ecuador, y está enfocado en asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos, gestionando y motivando equipos, coordinando recursos y aportando su conocimiento en procesos financieros. Además, actuará como facilitador del cambio, comunicando avances y resolviendo bloqueos para garantizar la entrega exitosa de los proyectos.

Requirements

  • Título en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia comprobada de 3 a 5 años en gestión de proyectos de alto impacto, preferiblemente en banca o tecnología.
  • Certificación y/o experiencia en metodologías ágiles y/o PMP.
  • Manejo de herramientas colaborativas: Jira, Confluence, Trello, Planner.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio (deseable)
  • Habilidades de liderazgo, gestión de equipos, comunicación efectiva, resolución de conflictos y orientación a resultados.

Responsibilities

  • Liderar y gestionar equipos multidisciplinarios para alcanzar los objetivos de los proyectos asignados.
  • Definir y controlar el alcance, costos, tiempos y recursos de cada iniciativa.
  • Participar en el análisis y diseño de soluciones, aplicando conocimientos financieros y del sector bancario.
  • Identificar, gestionar y resolver bloqueos, así como los riesgos presentes durante la ejecución del proyecto.
  • Comunicar avances, hitos y posibles retrasos a todas las partes interesadas.
  • Proponer e implementar mejoras o cambios en los procesos asociados al proyecto.
