En Multiplica buscamos un/a Líder Técnico Semi Senior de Gobierno de Datos para liderar un proyecto estratégico de transformación y gobierno de datos sobre un ecosistema compuesto por SAP ECC y otros sistemas core del negocio.

Buscamos una persona con experiencia en Data Governance, calidad y trazabilidad de datos, que pueda conectar las necesidades del negocio con los equipos técnicos y funcionales.

🎯 ¿Cuál será tu reto?

Liderar el diagnóstico, diseño e implementación del modelo de Gobierno de Datos, asegurando la calidad, trazabilidad, seguridad y control de acceso de la información.

🚀 Principales responsabilidades

  • Levantar y analizar el inventario de fuentes, flujos e interfaces de datos entre SAP ECC y otros sistemas.
  • Evaluar la madurez del ecosistema en calidad, trazabilidad, seguridad y acceso a datos.
  • Diseñar políticas, estándares, roles y procesos de Gobierno de Datos.
  • Definir roles como Data Owner y Data Steward, así como comités de gobierno.
  • Gestionar catálogos de datos críticos y glosarios de negocio.
  • Coordinar reglas de calidad sobre datos maestros y transaccionales.
  • Supervisar mecanismos de Data Lineage entre sistemas.
  • Validar perfiles de seguridad y acceso a la información.
  • Definir lineamientos para la certificación de reportes e indicadores.
  • Implementar prácticas de DataOps para el monitoreo continuo de calidad.
  • Definir y reportar KPIs de calidad, cumplimiento y madurez.
  • Gestionar riesgos, avances y recomendaciones frente a stakeholders y sponsors.
  • Liderar la gestión del cambio y transferencia de conocimiento al equipo interno.

Requirements

  • 3+ años de experiencia en roles relacionados con Gobierno de Datos.
  • Experiencia con frameworks de gobierno como DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM u otros equivalentes.
  • Experiencia diseñando modelos de Gobierno de Datos: políticas, estándares, roles y procesos.
  • Experiencia en Data Quality, Data Profiling, limpieza y estandarización de datos.
  • Conocimiento de Data Lineage y trazabilidad de datos.
  • Conocimiento funcional de SAP MM y SAP SD, especialmente en SAP ECC.
  • Conocimiento de datos maestros de materiales, clientes y proveedores y flujos transaccionales.
  • Conocimientos de gobierno analítico y certificación de fuentes/métricas.
  • Fundamentos de DataOps.

⭐ Será un plus si tienes

  • Experiencia con SAP Master Data Governance.
  • Informatica, Collibra, Microsoft Purview u otras herramientas de catalogación, calidad o linaje.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos ágiles o tradicionales.
  • Conocimiento de normativa de protección y privacidad de datos.
  • Certificación DAMA/CDMP, SAP MDG o PMP.

Una persona con liderazgo, pensamiento analítico, capacidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios y excelentes habilidades de comunicación con negocio, TI y proveedores.

También será importante la capacidad para gestionar el cambio, resolver problemas en contextos de ambigüedad y presentar hallazgos y riesgos a niveles ejecutivos.
