GAC Enterprises LLC is a construction company supporting telecom, utility, and infrastructure projects across the United States. We pride ourselves on safety, teamwork, and the strength of our field crews.

The Role

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Laborer to support field operations and construction activities. You'll assist crews, handle materials and equipment, and perform general labor duties — a hands-on role keeping projects safe, on track, and on schedule.

What You'll Do

- Assist field crews with daily construction and utility operations

- Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment at job sites

- Support excavation, restoration, and general construction activities

- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of work areas and job sites

- Assist with traffic control setup and safety zone preparation

- Operate basic hand tools and construction equipment safely

- Follow instructions from Field Supervisors, Foremen, and leadership

- Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or operational concerns to leadership immediately

What We're Looking For

- Previous construction, labor, telecom, utility, or outdoor work experience preferred

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather and field conditions

- Basic understanding of construction tools, equipment, and safety practices

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

- Telecom, underground utility, or aerial construction experience a plus

- Valid driver's license preferred

- OSHA certification preferred; telecom or construction certifications a plus

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Working Conditions

Outdoor, physical role on active construction sites. You'll work in varying weather conditions. Travel may be required based on project needs.
