Siamo alla ricerca di nuove persone da inserire nel nostro HQ di Cernusco sul Naviglio, regolarmente iscritte alle Categorie Protette (L.68/99). Le risorse selezionate saranno coinvolte in attività di supporto ai team aziendali in ruoli di back office, customer service e segreteria organizzativa.

Le principali attività possono includere:

  • Organizzazione e gestione documentale
  • Supporto nella relazione con clienti, fornitori, enti esterni e colleghi di altri dipartimenti
  • Redazione di report e aggiornamento dei sistemi gestionali (CRM)
  • Collaborazione con il Dipartimento Finance per attività amministrative e di fatturazione

Requirements

Are you the one?

  • Appartenenza alle categorie protette L.68/99
  • Pregressa esperienza in ruoli di ufficio, back office, segreteria, maturata preferibilmente in contesti internazionali
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese e dei principali applicativi informatici
  • Teamworking e doti relazionali
