チームについて

CEO's Officeでは、スマートニュースのグローバル経営と事業成長を加速させるための全社横断型プロジェクト、CEO直轄プロジェクト、ないし事業部門 (Division) への介入的業務支援の推進を行っています。

業務内容

本ロールでは、全社戦略上重要な日本国内広告事業部門（JP Ad Business Division）にクリティカルなインパクトをもたらすため、入社時点においては同部門を主たる業務として兼務し、部署横断での戦略的イニシアチブの立案・推進を当事者としてリードいただきます。将来的には、当該部門への正式な異動も視野に入れ、マネージャーロールとしてのキャリア形成も可能です。

＜兼務先となる日本国内広告事業部門における下記業務＞

  • 新規広告ソリューションの企画/推進（特に営業/プロダクト/エンジニアなどの関連部署と連携しながら、マーケティング4Pを中心とした企画立案から、市場投入までの一連の業務を一気通貫でリード）
  • 非連続な事業成長を生み出す戦略的イニシアチブの企画/推進（例：部門横断プロジェクト、アライアンス案件等）
  • ビジネス課題に対するアドホックなデータ分析（特に事業運営にクリティカルなインパクトをもたらし得るインサイト抽出）

＜その他の業務＞

  • 全社アライアンス案件など、組織横断的テーマに対する実行支援および推進
  • CEO特命案件に関するリサーチ、プロジェクト化に向けた計画策定および進捗管

Requirements

必須要件

  • 論理的思考能力と問題解決能力、実行力が求められるプロジェクトに貢献した経験
  • スライドライティングスキル、表計算スキル、文書作成スキル
  • 多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーや他組織と円滑なやり取りができるコミュニケーションスキル
  • 生成AIの最新の技術トレンドをキャッチアップし、ビジネス活動に必要なツールを見極め活用した経験 / 生成AIの強みと現時点での限界を理解し、内容や根拠を検証した上で責任を持って最終成果物に落とし込むスキル
  • 会社の成長やミッション上必要なものであれば、土地勘の有無、業務内容、アサインの時限性などに左右されず高いモチベーションで柔軟に業務にあたることができる、前向きなマインドセット
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語力

歓迎要件

  • コンサルティングのプロフェッショナルファームでの経験（特に戦略コンサルティングファームにおける5年以上の経験）
  • インターネットや広告業界での経験
  • 業務プロセス（分析、資料作成、調査等）への生成AIの組み込みにより組織の生産性やアウトプット品質を向上させた実績や、その活用ノウハウをチームに展開した経験
  • 国内外のMBA修了実績
  • 社会科学、ジャーナリズム、メディアのエコシステムに対する興味・関心
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力
