チームについて

Strategic Alliancesチームは、戦略的アライアンスを通じて、スマートニュースの中長期的な成長を牽引するチームです。ドコモグループをはじめとする主要プレイヤーとのハイインパクトなパートナーシップをリードし、SmartNewsの未来を加速させる仲間を募集します。

ポジションのミッション

既存事業を支えるアライアンスの構築にとどまりません。新たな事業領域を切り拓く戦略的パートナーシップの創出にも、中心的な役割を果たしていただきます。シナジー戦略の立案、提案交渉、契約締結、実行管理まで、一連のプロセスをリードいただきます。パートナーシップが安定した成長フェーズに移行した後は、該当する事業部門へオーナーシップを移管する予定です。その後は、次なる挑戦へと歩みを進めていただきます。

業務内容

複数の企業や部署と協力する必要があり、数ヶ月を要するプロジェクトを、オーナーとして計画・管理・推進し、目的を達成することを期待しています。将来的にチームのマネジメントとして、リソースの調達・実行計画・チームの健康的な運営を任せられる状態を期待しています。

  • 市場および提携候補企業のリサーチ・分析
  • 新規事業のビジネスモデルの企画・立案
  • アライアンスパートナーとの交渉・調整
  • 事業計画（ビジネスプラン）の策定
  • 社内外のステークホルダーを巻き込んだプロジェクトのリード

Requirements

必須要件

  • メディア関連事業における法人営業、または事業開発プロジェクトの経験
  • 企業リサーチおよび事業企画のご経験
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語力、読み書きレベルの英語力

歓迎要件

  • 新規事業の立ち上げ経験
  • エンジニアやデザイナーと連携して進めたプロジェクト経験
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力
