  • Work closely with mechanical, electronics, PCB layout, manufacturing and test teams to deliver robust product designs.
  • Prepare and review design documentation, including design logbooks, data packs, peer reviews and design release information.
  • Lead and participate in design reviews, identifying and managing technical risks.
  • Support design verification and validation, including test specifications, test reports and reliability testing.
  • Support problem solving and fault diagnosis during product introduction and production.
  • Ensure designs are delivered in line with project technical, schedule and cost requirements.

Requirements

  • Relevant Degree or equivalent, preferably in RF, Microwave, Electronics or Communications Engineering.
  • Significant experience in RF/mmW circuit or system design.
  • Experience using RF design tools such as Microwave Office, CST, EMPro or ADS.
  • Strong understanding of microwave circuit design, system line-up analysis, tolerance/yield analysis and design for manufacture.
  • Experience of transceiver, amplifier, filter, module or subsystem design would be beneficial.
  • Ability to lead technical activities and support the development of other engineers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to engineering delivery.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively across engineering, manufacturing and project teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
