Nous recrutons pour le compte de notre client un Lead Structure Offshore Engineer qui jouera un rôle clé dans le développement de l’activité et la dynamique des équipes.

Ce poste représente une opportunité unique de contribuer à un double projet : accompagner la montée en compétence technique des équipes d’ingénierie et participer activement à leur cohésion.

Nous recherchons avant tout un ingénieur expérimenté, passionné par les structures marines et offshore, doté d'un excellent potentiel technique, d'une forte capacité d'apprentissage et d'une véritable aptitude à fédérer les équipes autour d'objectifs communs.

Vos missions :

Leadership technique et expertise métier

En tant que référent structure et chef de projet, vous serez amené à :

  • Définir, faire évoluer et garantir l'application des méthodes de calcul et de dimensionnement afin de maintenir l'entreprise au meilleur niveau de performance technique.
  • Assurer la conformité des études et notes de calcul vis-à-vis des codes, normes, exigences clients et bonnes pratiques de l'industrie.
  • Accompagner la montée en compétence des ingénieurs structure et contribuer activement au partage des connaissances et à la capitalisation du savoir-faire métier.
  • Participer aux choix techniques structurants et orienter les équipes sur les problématiques complexes.
  • Représenter l'expertise structure auprès des clients, partenaires, organismes de certification et autres disciplines d'ingénierie.

Pilotage de projets et management d'équipe

Au-delà de la technique, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la vie de l'équipe :

  • Encadrer et accompagner les ingénieurs structure dans leur développement professionnel.
  • Favoriser un climat de travail positif, collaboratif et orienté vers la réussite collective.
  • Participer activement à la consolidation de l'équipe en apportant votre expérience, votre écoute et votre leadership.
  • Assurer le pilotage des études structure dans le respect des objectifs de qualité, de coûts et de délais.
  • Développer des relations de proximité avec les équipes de dessinateurs projeteurs afin de renforcer la cohésion et l'efficacité des projets.

Requirements

Profil recherché

  • Diplômé d'une école d'ingénieurs ou d'un Master spécialisé en structures, génie maritime, naval ou offshore.
  • Vous justifiez d'au moins 10 années d'expérience dans l'ingénierie des structures marines, offshore ou navales.
  • Vous disposez d'une solide culture technique en calcul de structures et êtes reconnu pour votre capacité d'analyse, votre rigueur et votre curiosité technique.
  • La maîtrise des logiciels SACS et/ou Sesam constitue un atout, sans être un prérequis. Nous recherchons avant tout un ingénieur doté de solides fondamentaux en calcul de structures, d'un fort potentiel technique, d'une réelle capacité d'apprentissage et de l'envie de développer une expertise de référence dans le domaine des structures offshore.
  • Vous avez déjà exercé des responsabilités de coordination technique, de pilotage de projet ou d'encadrement d'équipe.
  • Vous êtes autonome, fédérateur, positif et souhaitez vous inscrire dans un projet d'entreprise sur le long terme.
  • Vous aimez relever des défis humains autant que techniques et avez à cœur de faire progresser les personnes qui vous entourent.
  • Vous parlez couramment français et avez déjà évolué dans un environnement professionnel francophone.
  • La maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel est indispensable.
