Nounは、クライアント企業の人材育成や組織学習を支援するトレーニングプログラムに携わるLearning Engagement Specialistを募集しています。ワークショップや研修プログラムのファシリテーション、コンテンツの企画を通じてクライアントの組織の活性化や学習効果の最大化を演出する方を探しています。

業務内容

  • クライアント企業が組織変革に取り組んだり、これからの時代の人材育成に挑戦したりするために重要なマインドセットやスキルセットを育むワークショップや研修、プログラムをファシリテートする
  • 既存のメソッドを活用しつつ、クライアント課題に合致したプログラムやコンテンツをチームと共に企画する
  • 日本企業のクライアントの現場メンバーから中間管理職、経営層まで、異なる立場や役割のステークホルダーを巻き込みながら高いエンゲージメントと学習効果を生み出す場を演出する
  • 人材育成や組織開発領域において、Nounのデザイナーやコンサルタントと協働しながら事業を育てていくプロセスに参画する

  • 人材育成、組織開発、研修企画、ワークショップ設計・ファシリテーションなどの分野で3年以上の実務経験
  • 自社向け、クライアント組織向け問わず、自らコンテンツを企画した経験
  • 日本企業の現場メンバーから経営層まで、異なる視座や関心を持つ参加者と向き合い、対話を前に進める高いコミュニケーション力とファシリテーション力を有する
  • プログラム参加者自身に気づきを与え、自ら考え、行動したくなる状態をつくることへの情熱と姿勢
  • 必須条件：日本語ネイティブ （英語は忌避感がなければOK）
