Misión del rol:

Coordinar y operar de forma integral los programas de formación (internos y de clientes), garantizando que la logística, el seguimiento de datos y la mejora continua de procesos se ejecuten con rigurosidad, autonomía y orientación a resultados actuando como punto de coordinación entre participantes, facilitadores, equipos internos, proveedores y clientes.

Reponsabilidades

Operación de programas de formación

  • Coordinar programas de formación, learning operations o proyectos similares, operando simultáneamente iniciativas internas y para clientes.
  • Gestionar calendarios, convocatorias, inscripciones, asistencia y seguimiento de participantes.
  • Coordinar sesiones, facilitadores, materiales, comunicaciones y certificados.
  • Dar seguimiento a plazos, capacidad, prioridades, riesgos y dependencias.
  • Gestionar incidencias relacionadas con accesos, plataformas, materiales y sesiones.

Datos y reportería

  • Construir y mantener dashboards y reportes.
  • Dar seguimiento a inscripciones, asistencia, avance, finalización, participación, satisfacción y NPS.
  • Validar calidad y consistencia de los datos.
  • Identificar tendencias, riesgos de abandono y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Elaborar reportes para equipos internos y clientes.

Procesos y mejora continua

  • Documentar y optimizar procesos operativos.
  • Crear playbooks, checklists y plantillas reutilizables.
  • Gestionar inventarios de cursos, rutas, contenidos y materiales, controlando versiones, vigencia y calidad.
  • Identificar cuellos de botella y tareas manuales; diseñar controles y automatizaciones básicas.
  • Estimar tiempos, recursos, herramientas y proveedores.

Requirements

  • Experiencia coordinando programas de formación, learning operations o proyectos similares.
  • Capacidad para operar simultáneamente programas internos y programas para clientes.
  • Manejo avanzado de hojas de cálculo.
  • Experiencia creando y manteniendo dashboards y reportes.
  • Experiencia validando calidad y consistencia de datos.
  • Experiencia documentando y optimizando procesos operativos.
  • Experiencia creando playbooks, checklists y plantillas reutilizables.
  • Conocimiento en control de versiones, vigencia y calidad de contenidos.
  • Capacidad para identificar cuellos de botella y diseñar controles/automatizaciones básicas.
  • Capacidad de estimación de tiempos, recursos, herramientas y proveedores.
