W Base.com rozwijamy system, który spina e-commerce na całym świecie. Żyjemy w szybkim tempie scale-upu: procesujemy dziesiątki umów miesięcznie, budujemy partnerstwa z największymi graczami na globalnym rynku i nie boimy się nowych technologii.

Aktualnie do naszego kameralnego dynamicznego zespołu prawnego szukamy Legal Counsel - Prawnika/Prawniczki, który/a czuje się swobodnie w międzynarodowym środowisku, rozumie specyfikę biznesu SaaS oraz orientuje się w narzędziach AI służących do usprawniania pracy prawnika.

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • analizowaniem, negocjowaniem oraz tworzeniem od zera umów z międzynarodowymi partnerami biznesowymi, dostawcami oraz kluczowymi klientami
  • przygotowywaniem konkretnych i praktycznych rekomendacji dotyczących kwestii spornych
  • usprawnianiem infrastruktury w dziale poprzez współtworzenie playbooków, knowledge base i wewnętrznych szkoleń
  • wdrażaniem narzędzi AI w codziennej pracy działu (generowanie draftów umów, automatyzacja analizy ryzyka, zarządzanie wiedzą)
  • reprezentacją spółki w postępowaniach sądowych (lub koordynowaniem współpracy z kancelariami zewnętrznymi) i budowaniem strategii procesowej

Kogo szukamy?

  • uprawnienia: radca prawny lub adwokat (z doświadczeniem w samodzielnym prowadzeniu spraw spornych)
  • 8+ lat doświadczenia zawodowego in-house (najlepiej w dynamicznym środowisku: scale-up, spółka technologiczna działająca globalnie / SaaS lub renomowana kancelaria z silną ekspozycją na zagraniczne projekty)
  • bardzo dobra znajomość prawa umów, zagadnień związanych z rozwojem oprogramowania, bezpieczeństwem danych, doświadczenie w przygotowywaniu i negocjowaniu umów z międzynarodowymi partnerami i klientami, umiejętność priorytetyzowania kwestii spornych i ich oceny pod kątem ich rzeczywistego znaczenia biznesowego
  • praktyczne doświadczenie w korzystaniu z narzędzi AI (LLM, dedykowany legal software) i chęć szukania innowacji technologicznych w pracy prawnika
  • mile widziane doświadczenie w reprezentowaniu przedsiębiorców w postępowaniach sądowych
  • "can-do attitude”, proaktywność
  • umiejętność łatwego wyjaśniania złożonych problemów prawnych i udzielania praktycznych rekomendacji biznesowi
  • biegła znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie (w tym legal English)
