• Manage outside counsel engagements, legal spend, and budget-to-actual reporting.

• Implement and administer a scalable contract management system.

• Track intellectual property matters with patent counsel, including filings, deadlines, and invention disclosures.

• Coordinate policy records, employment agreements and state addenda, and regulatory documentation with the appropriate internal teams and counsel.

• Report on contract volume, cycle times, and legal spend.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 5–8 years of experience in contracts, legal operations, or corporate paralegal work.

• Demonstrated experience negotiating commercial agreements and exercising independent judgment within defined guidelines.

• Working knowledge of corporate governance, equity administration, and financing processes.

• Strong organization, discretion with confidential information, and clear written communication.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• In-house experience in life sciences, medtech, or a venture-backed company.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
