Requirements

Das erwartet dich

Während deiner Lehre erhältst du spannende Einblicke in verschiedene Bereiche unseres Unternehmens und übernimmst Schritt für Schritt mehr Verantwortung.

Du wirst unter anderem:

  • Administrative Aufgaben in verschiedenen Teams übernehmen
  • Finance und Buchhaltung unterstützen
  • Das HR- und Marketing-Team bei abwechslungsreichen Projekten begleiten
  • E-Mails verfassen und mit Kund sowie Lieferanten kommunizieren
  • Bei der Organisation von Meetings und Events mithelfen
  • In einem internationalen Umfeld mit Kolleg aus verschiedenen Ländern zusammenarbeiten

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene obligatorische Schulzeit
  • Interesse an Administration, Finanzen und Organisation
  • Freude am Arbeiten am Computer
  • Interesse an Sprachen und am Austausch mit Menschen aus verschiedenen Kulturen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- oder Französischkenntnisse (Englisch ist ein Plus)
  • Eine zuverlässige, motivierte und offene Persönlichkeit
  • Freude daran, Neues zu lernen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen

Ce qui t'attend

Pendant ton apprentissage, tu découvriras différents domaines de notre entreprise et prendras progressivement davantage de responsabilités.

Tu seras notamment amené·e à :

  • Participer aux tâches administratives de plusieurs équipes
  • Soutenir l'équipe Finance et Comptabilité
  • Participer aux activités des Ressources Humaines et du Marketing
  • Rédiger des e-mails et communiquer avec les clients et fournisseurs
  • Contribuer à l'organisation de réunions et d'événements
  • Collaborer avec des collègues de différentes nationalités

Ton profil

  • Scolarité obligatoire terminée avec succès
  • Intérêt pour l'administration, les finances et l'organisation
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques
  • Intérêt pour les langues et les échanges interculturels
  • Excellentes connaissances en allemand ou en français (l'anglais est un atout)
  • Personnalité motivée, fiable et ouverte
  • Envie d'apprendre et de prendre des responsabilités
