The posting

In dieser Schlüsselposition leiten Sie das Konzern-Rechnungswesen einer finanzstarken, international agierenden Unternehmensgruppe mit mehreren hundert Millionen Euro Umsatz am zentralen Standort nahe der Stadt Salzburg. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team von fünf Mitarbeitenden verantworten Sie die Buchhaltung und Bilanzierung der österreichischen Gesellschaften sowie die eigenständige Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem CFO zusammen und bringen Ihre hohe IT- und Prozessaffinität ein, um die Finanzprozesse zu standardisieren, zu optimieren und weiter zu digitalisieren.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Leitung des Konzern-Rechnungswesens
  • Termingerechte Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach UGB und des monatlichen Berichtswesens
  • Enge Abstimmung mit den ausländischen Gesellschaften und Sicherstellung einheitlicher Standards
  • Pflege der Verrechnungspreisdokumentation und Begleitung steuerlicher Themen
  • Eigenständige Erstellung Konzernabschluss
  • ESG-Berichterstattung
  • Unterstützung des CFO bei strategischen Projekten und Ad-hoc-Anfragen

Requirements

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Finanzen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion, idealerweise in einem internationalen Konzernumfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach UGB, Erfahrung in der Konzernkonsolidierung
  • Hohe IT-Affinität; Erfahrung mit Microsoft D365 und Power BI von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Konsolidierungssoftware (z. Cognos)
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und unternehmerisches Denken
