Unser Auftraggeber ist eine weltweit führende, erfolgreich Industriegruppe. Für den Produktionsstandort im Raum Paderborn wird derzeit ein erfahrener Leiter (m/w/d) Rechnungswesen und Controlling gesucht.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führen und Weiterentwickeln des effizienten Teams im Rechnungswesen und Controlling
  • Aufstellen und Konsolidierung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse für die Einzelgesellschaften
  • Kostenrechnung
  • Controlling
  • Budgetierung
  • Berichtswesen
  • Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit Wirtschaftsprüfungen, Steuerberatungen und Banken
  • Unterstützung des CFO der deutschen Gruppe in sämtlichen Angelegenheiten

Requirements

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Rechnungslegung und Controlling in einem produzierenden Unternehmen; alternativ Wirtschaftsprüfung
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkten im Rechnungswesen/Controlling oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Solide Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht sowie von HGB und IFRS
  • Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Leitung / disziplinarischen Führung
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
