About the role You'll keep our Australian lending operation moving by making sure every loan file is complete, accurate and ready before it reaches our verification (scrubbing) and underwriting teams. Working hours are 02:00–11:00 Tbilisi time to match the Sydney business day.

What you'll be doing

  • Review incoming loan applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Check bank statements for clarity, consistency, and any gaps or irregularities
  • Identify and follow up on missing information with brokers and internal teams
  • Prepare files for the scrubbing and underwriting teams to agreed quality and turnaround standards
  • Manage a daily queue of files while keeping accuracy high
  • Log recurring issues and suggest improvements to our processes

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with financial documents
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Ability to stay organised and accurate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication, and comfort working with colleagues and partners across time zones
