Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) | Alaska

Employment Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: Fully Remote Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $115,000–$1200,000 per year, plus full benefits

Position Overview

The LCSW will provide remote clinical social work services to clients across Alaska. The position includes psychotherapy, psychosocial assessment, case follow-up, and coordination with healthcare or community resources when additional support is needed. This role requires sound clinical judgment, strong communication, and the ability to manage client cases independently in a telehealth setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled telehealth sessions with clients
  • Complete psychosocial assessments and review relevant client history
  • Provide psychotherapy within the LCSW scope of practice
  • Identify social, environmental, or practical factors that may affect care
  • Assist clients with referrals and access to additional resources
  • Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation
  • Protect client confidentiality and follow Alaska LCSW practice requirements

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Active LCSW license in Alaska.
  • Experience with clinical assessments and personalized treatment planning.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
