Requirements

  • Proven experience in personal or executive assistance, life management, or similar roles
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage a variety of tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
