Attività e responsabilità

  • Accogliere gli ospiti e accompagnarli durante tutte le fasi del soggiorno, garantendo un'esperienza personalizzata e coerente con gli standard Portrait
  • Gestire check-in e check-out con professionalità, attenzione e cura del dettaglio
  • Essere il principale punto di riferimento dell'ospite durante il soggiorno, intercettandone esigenze, richieste e desideri
  • Fornire informazioni e suggerimenti personalizzati su Milano, esperienze, ristoranti, eventi e servizi
  • Organizzare prenotazioni, transfer, attività ed esperienze tailor-made
  • Collaborare con tutti i reparti dell'hotel per garantire un servizio fluido e impeccabile
  • Gestire eventuali richieste o criticità con tempestività, discrezione e orientamento alla soluzione
  • Contribuire attivamente alla costruzione di una relazione autentica con l'ospite, anticipandone le necessità e superandone le aspettative
  • Rappresentare quotidianamente i valori, lo stile e l'identità di Portrait Milano

Requisiti richiesti

  • Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge o Lifestyle in contesti di hospitality di alto livello
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Forte orientamento all'ospite e spiccate capacità relazionali
  • Standing curato, eleganza e professionalità
  • Ottime capacità organizzative e di problem solving
  • Approccio proattivo e capacità di anticipare le esigenze del cliente
  • Flessibilità, energia e predisposizione al lavoro di squadra
  • Passione per Milano, per il mondo del lifestyle e per l'hospitality di lusso
  • La conoscenza di una seconda lingua sarà considerata un plus

Si offre

  • Contratto iniziale a tempo determinato, con successivo passaggio a tempo indeterminato
  • RAL compresa tra €24.000 e €26.000, in base all'esperienza
