Light Assembly Production Associate – $15–$15.50/Hour

NOW HIRING | MULTIPLE OPENINGS | FULL-TIME 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Available

WSB Solutions is hiring dependable Light Assembly Production Associates for full-time manufacturing positions. If you're looking for steady work, a consistent schedule, and an opportunity to learn new skills, this could be a great opportunity to get started in manufacturing and production.

Pay: $15.00–$15.50/hour Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Available Job Type: Full-Time Work Environment: Clean and Climate-Controlled

What You'll Do

  • Perform light assembly of products and components
  • Follow work instructions and production procedures
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy
  • Complete repetitive assembly and production tasks
  • Use basic hand tools and equipment as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Follow all safety and quality guidelines
  • Work with team members to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

  • Dependable and reliable attendance
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to stand and work throughout the shift
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but NOT required! Training is provided, so if you're dependable, willing to learn, and ready to work, we encourage you to apply.
