  • 3+ years in logistics, shipping/receiving, customs or reverse logistics, ideally in a technology, electronics or manufacturing company.
  • 2+ years of inventory control experience.
  • Working knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures and export control requirements.
  • Experience with freight forwarders, customs brokers and carriers across North America, EMEA and/or APAC.

  • Strong customer service focus, organization and follow-through. Able to juggle many shipments against tight deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with internal and external contacts, across time zones.

Preferred certifications (asset, not required): CCS, CITP or an equivalent customs or trade certification.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
