Logika 4PL | Beyond Logistics is a Greek international freight-forwarding and logistics provider delivering end-to-end transport, warehousing, customs, distribution, and supply-chain services across road, sea, and air. The company supports complex logistics needs with a strong operational focus and a commitment to reliable, efficient service across the supply chain.

As Logistics Manager, you will take ownership of a key account and play a central role in ensuring smooth, high-quality logistics operations. This role is suited to someone who can combine operational oversight with strong client-facing communication, bringing structure, accountability, and a hands-on approach to a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Take exclusive responsibility for the account.
  • Manage logistics teams, including shift scheduling.
  • Build and present operational reporting.
  • Communicate directly with clients.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics, including at least 2 years in a position of responsibility within logistics operations.
  • Experience in FMCG or retail, with exposure to high-volume operations managing many SKUs.
  • Experience working across both B2B and e-commerce channels.
  • Very good knowledge of WMS and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Familiarity with KPIs and SLAs, along with experience building and presenting operational reporting.
  • Experience managing logistics teams, including shift scheduling, and communicating directly with clients.
  • Very good English proficiency.
  • Eligibility to work in Greece and ability to commute daily to Aspropyrgos.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • Experience with Mantis.
  • Holds a driver's license.
  • Access to a personal car.
