Ali Professional è alla ricerca di un Logistics Planner per un'importante realtà multinazionale operante nel settore luxury.

La risorsa entrerà a far parte dell'Hub logistico e avrà un ruolo strategico nella pianificazione e nell'ottimizzazione dei flussi operativi, garantendo il rispetto delle tempistiche di consegna e un elevato livello di servizio al cliente.

Di cosa si occuperà

  • Pianificare e coordinare le attività di preparazione degli ordini in linea con il piano trasporti e le priorità di consegna.
  • Ottimizzare la sequenza delle attività operative, collaborando con Team Leader, Distribution Planner e Transport Coordinator.
  • Monitorare quotidianamente carichi di lavoro e capacità produttiva, riallocando le risorse in funzione dei volumi e delle priorità.
  • Gestire eventuali urgenze o richieste straordinarie dei clienti, individuando soluzioni efficaci e garantendo continuità operativa.
  • Contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di servizio, assicurando elevati standard qualitativi e il rispetto delle tempistiche.

Requirements

  • Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria o discipline affini.
  • Esperienza di almeno 3-4 anni in attività di pianificazione della produzione o della logistica, maturata in contesti strutturati.
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, con particolare focus su Excel.
  • Buona conoscenza di SAP.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua francese e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale e all'estero.

  • Attitudine al problem solving e alla gestione delle priorità.
  • Ottime doti relazionali e predisposizione al lavoro in team.
  • Capacità di interfacciarsi con interlocutori diversi e di operare in contesti dinamici.
  • Orientamento al risultato e al rispetto delle scadenze.

  • RAL indicativa tra €37.000 e €42.000, commisurata all'esperienza.

Orario di lavoro: dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 6:00 alle 14:00, con disponibilità a garantire flessibilità nella fascia pomeridiana in caso di necessità operative.
