  • Assist with documentation, follow-ups, scheduling, and other operational tasks.
  • Monitor outstanding tasks and ensure follow-ups are completed on time.
  • Help identify repetitive administrative work that can be streamlined or improved.

4. Customer & After-Hours Support

As you become more familiar with the business, responsibilities may expand to include:

  • Communicating with customers regarding shipment updates and operational questions.

  • Support pricing activities after appropriate training.
  • Assist brokers with more complex shipment coordination.
  • Own specific operational workflows or customer accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and efficiency.

Requirements

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, transportation, operations, customer support, or a related field.

  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks, priorities, and moving parts simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Strong Plus

  • Experience working for a freight brokerage or 3PL.

  • You struggle to manage multiple shipments, tasks, or priorities at the same time.
  • You are uncomfortable making follow-ups or communicating with customers, carriers, or drivers.
  • You are not detail-oriented when entering or updating operational information.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
