The posting

  • Selbstständige und termingerechte Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalstamm- und Bewegungsdaten
  • Ansprechpartner*in für Mitarbeitende sowie Führungskräfte in allen abrechnungsrelevanten Fragen
  • Bearbeitung von Ein- und Austritten, Vertragsänderungen und Bescheinigungswesen
  • Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen, Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträgern
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reports und Statistiken
  • Sicherstellung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Compliance-Anforderungen
  • Unterstützung bei Jahresabschlussarbeiten und Prüfungen (SV, LSt, Wirtschaftsprüfer)
  • Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse im Payroll-Bereich

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Zusatzqualifikation als Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhalter*in wünschenswert
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Abrechnungssystemen (z. B. DATEV LODAS, SAP HCM, LOGA o. Ä.)
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
