In LPP Greece, we are currently looking for a LOSS PREVENTION COORDINATOR based in Athens!

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Loss Prevention Coordinator to protect the company’s inventory, money, assets, employees, and customers, by identifying risks, strengthening controls and coordinating Loss Prevention activities across the assigned region.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

  • Coordinate the Loss Prevention strategy and action plans for the assigned region.
  • Visit stores regularly to assess risks, conduct audits, and monitor compliance with Loss Prevention procedures.
  • Identify and address risks related to theft, fraud, inventory loss, safety, and operational risks.
  • Investigate incidents using all available security systems and resources.
  • Monitor security systems, including CCTV and alarm systems, and ensure proper functioning.
  • Analyze loss data, identify trends, and recommend preventive actions.
  • Deliver Loss Prevention training and support the implementation of relevant policies and procedures.
  • Follow up on audit findings and corrective actions and prepare relevant reports.
  • Develop Loss Prevention Action Plans for stores requiring targeted intervention.
  • Cooperate with the central Loss Prevention team, other departments, and authorities when required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Loss Prevention, Security, Internal Audit, or Risk Management, preferably in retail.
  • Previous experience as a Store Manager will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop practical solutions.
  • Flexibility, Adaptability & Team Spirit.
  • Very good organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and training skills.
  • Proactive team player with strong work ethic, committed to continuous self-improvement
  • Availability for frequent business travel.
  • Valid Category B driving licence.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written communication).
  • Excellent PC knowledge (Ms Office) & experience using applications.
