Responsabilités principales :

  • Effectuer des recherches sur le secteur afin de soutenir les activités de développement commercial.
  • Identifier et qualifier les prospects qui correspondent à notre profil d'investissement.
  • Identifier des organismes de recherche, des groupes consultatifs et des conférences commerciales pertinents.
  • Soutenir l'équipe M&A sur d'autres projets liés au développement commercial.
  • Assister l'équipe d'investissement dans des tâches et des projets analytiques, y compris l'évaluation, la vérification diligente, etc.
  • Exécuter d'autres tâches connexes selon les besoins.

  • Actuellement inscrit à un programme de baccalauréat ou de maîtrise ou récemment diplômé en finance, en affaires, en économie ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et modélisation financière.
  • Une volonté d'apprendre et de s'adapter à un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.

Core Duties:

  • Conduct industry research to support business development activities.
  • Identify and qualify prospects that fit our investment profile.
  • Identify relevant research organizations, advisory groups, and trade conferences.
  • Support the M&A team on other business development related projects.
  • Assist the investment team on analytical tasks and projects, including valuation, due diligence, and more.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Our Ideal Hire:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program or a recent graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • An eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
