Wir suchen begeisterte Kundenservice-Spezialisten mit Deutschkenntnissen, die Lust haben, für einen weltweit führenden Streaming-Giganten direkt in Griechenland zu arbeiten!

🎭 Worum geht es bei der Magie?

Du bist der Held hinter dem Bildschirm für Millionen von Fans, die über 7.000 Serienepisoden und mehr als 500 Blockbuster-Filme streamen. Von der Behebung kleiner Kontoprobleme bis hin zur Hilfe beim Finden von Lieblingsserien – du betreust Kundenanfragen von A bis Z. Kein Weiterleiten von Pontius zu Pilatus, sondern direkte Hilfe und echter Support!

Deine täglichen Aufgaben:

  • Den Tag retten (Telefonie & Chat): Unterstütze Streaming-Fans bei Login-Problemen, Zahlungsfehlern, App-Navigation und technischen Störungen (wie Pufferung oder App-Cabstürzen).
  • Fan-Begeisterung teilen: Beantworte Fragen zu Untertiteln, Sprachoptionen, neuen Veröffentlichungen, Sonderaktionen und exklusiven Inhalten.
  • Die Magie aufrechterhalten: Hilf dabei, Abonnenten zu halten, indem du ihre Anliegen verstehst und einen erstklassigen 5-Sterne-Service bietest.
  • Schritt für Schritt wachsen: Du startest im Bereich Telefonie und Live-Chat. Du kannst dich für Social-Media-Support qualifizieren und im weiteren Verlauf auch die E-Mail-Bearbeitung übernehmen!

Requirements

Du brauchst keine jahrelange Konzernerfahrung – wichtig sind Motivation, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Lust auf ein Leben im Ausland!

  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch auf C1- oder (näherungsweise) Muttersprachenniveau.
  • Englischkenntnisse: B2-Niveau in Englisch für das Training und die Nutzung der internen Wissensdatenbank.
  • Technik-Affinität: Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC, Multitasking-Fähigkeit zwischen verschiedenen Programmen und grundlegendes App-Verständnis.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Ausgeprägte schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit einer freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Art.
  • Streaming-Fan: Wenn du selbst gerne Streaming-Dienste nutzt, ist das ein großes Plus!
