Chez Aviation Starlink, nous recherchons un(e) responsable de magasin dédié(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe. Si vous êtes prêt(e) à jouer un rôle essentiel dans le bon fonctionnement de notre département de maintenance en gérant l'inventaire et en soutenant les activités de maintenance, nous voulons vous entendre !

Les tâches du magasinier(e) de la maintenance incluent, mais ne sont pas limitées à :

Tâches reliées aux pièces et services

  • Contrôler et effectuer l’inspection de réception des pièces
  • Créer et approuver les bons de commande
  • Responsable de l’empaquetage et de l’envoi des pièces

Tâches reliées aux outils et équipements

  • Contrôler et maintenir l’étalonnage des outils
  • Contrôler et maintenir la sortie et le retour des outils/équipements en bon état
  • Maintenir les cabinets d’outils
  • Contrôler et inspecter les équipements

Tâches reliées aux produits consommables

  • Maintenir le système de date d’expiration des produits
  • Maintenir un niveau adéquat de produit consommable

Tâches générales

  • Garder le magasin de manière propre et organisée
  • Analyser et corriger les problèmes de processus d’inventaire
  • Assurer le respect des procédures de santé et de sécurité en utilisant uniquement des équipements et des matériaux approuvés fourni par l’entreprise

Requirements

Qualifications requises

  • Diplôme d’études collégiales ou équivalent ;
  • Minimum de 1 à 3 ans d’expérience pertinente dans le domaine;
  • Expérience en gestion du matériel ou en gestion des achats ;
  • Expérience ou connaissance du Corridor (un atout) ;
  • Connaissance approfondie de la suite MS Office ;
  • Capacite à lire et à comprendre la certification technique des pièces (8130-1, Form 1, C de C) ;
  • Citoyenneté canadienne ou statut de résident permanent ;
  • Éligible pour l’obtention d’une carte d’identité pour les zones réglementées (CIZR).

Vos aptitudes

  • Bonnes compétences en communication, français et anglais (verbale et écrit) ;
  • Raison: Le contact avec une autre langue que le français d’une clientèle internationale.
  • Accomplir les tâches avec précision et efficacité avec une grande attention aux détails ;
  • Capacité de travailler sous pression avec des délais serrés ;
  • Fort sens de l’éthique et axé.
