Αναζητούμε έμπειρο και αξιόπιστο Τεχνικό Συντήρησης για το εργοστάσιο διαχείρισης στερεών αποβλήτων. Ο/Η κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα είναι υπεύθυνος για τη διατήρηση της αξιοπιστίας, της ασφάλειας και της αποδοτικότητας του μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού του εργοστασίου, συμβάλλοντας στη συνεχή και απρόσκοπτη λειτουργία των γραμμών επεξεργασίας απορριμμάτων.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Εκτέλεση προληπτικής και διορθωτικής συντήρησης σε μηχανήματα επεξεργασίας αποβλήτων (συμπεριλαμβανομένων θραυστήρων, διαχωριστών, μεταφορικών ταινιών, πρεσών, αντλιών και συστημάτων αυτοματισμού).
  • Διάγνωση και επίλυση βλαβών σε μηχανολογικά, ηλεκτρολογικά, υδραυλικά και πνευματικά συστήματα.
  • Συμμετοχή σε προγράμματα προληπτικής συντήρησης (PM) και ενημέρωση του συστήματος CMMS.
  • Εκτέλεση εργασιών συγκόλλησης, λιπάνσεων, αντικατάστασης ανταλλακτικών και μικρών κατασκευών.
  • Έλεγχος και συντήρηση βοηθητικών συστημάτων (αερισμός, επεξεργασία λυμάτων, συστήματα ασφαλείας).
  • Τήρηση όλων των κανόνων υγείας, ασφάλειας και περιβαλλοντικής προστασίας (συμμόρφωση με ISO 45001 & ISO 14001).
  • Συνεργασία με το τμήμα Παραγωγής για την ελαχιστοποίηση του χρόνου διακοπής λειτουργίας (downtime).
  • Συμμετοχή σε βάρδιες και διαθεσιμότητα για έκτακτα περιστατικά.

Προσόντα και Απαιτήσεις:

  • Εκπαίδευση: Πτυχίο ή δίπλωμα Τεχνικού Μηχανολόγου, Ηλεκτρολόγου, Μηχανοτεχνίτη ή συναφούς ειδικότητας από ΕΠΑΛ, ΙΕΚ ή ΤΕΙ.
  • Εμπειρία: Τουλάχιστον 3-5 χρόνια σε βιομηχανική συντήρηση (προτίμηση σε εργοστάσια διαχείρισης αποβλήτων, ανακύκλωσης, τσιμέντου, μεταλλουργίας ή παρόμοιους κλάδους).

Γνώσεις:

  • Καλή γνώση μηχανολογικών συστημάτων, υδραυλικών, πνευματικών και ηλεκτρολογικών εγκαταστάσεων.
  • Βασικές γνώσεις PLC και αυτοματισμών θα θεωρηθούν πλεονέκτημα.
  • Ικανότητα ανάγνωσης τεχνικών σχεδίων και εγχειριδίων.
  • Πιστοποιήσεις: Άδεια ηλεκτρολόγου ή συγκολλητή θα θεωρηθεί σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα.

Άλλα:

  • Σωματική αντοχή και ικανότητα εργασίας σε περιβάλλον εργοστασίου (σκόνη, θόρυβος, οσμές).
  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης κατηγορίας Β.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα, υπευθυνότητα και ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση.
