Nuestros Técnicos/as de Mantenimiento ayudan a garantizar que nuestros estudiantes vivan su mejor experiencia, manteniendo nuestros espacios e instalaciones en las mejores condiciones, tanto por dentro como por fuera.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Gestionar el mantenimiento diario de nuestros espacios.
  • Cumplir con los requisitos de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, de acuerdo con los niveles de servicio establecidos.
  • Realizar reparaciones y tareas de mantenimiento de primera intervención y prestar apoyo a contratistas especializados cuando sea necesario.
  • Realizar tareas manuales, apoyar en la gestión de residuos, decoración, pequeñas reparaciones y mantenimiento general de las instalaciones.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de la residencia en cualquier otro servicio de mantenimiento necesario.
  • Realizar controles periódicos de salud y seguridad, incluyendo los relacionados con la protección contra incendios, evaluaciones de riesgos y controles de legionela.
  • Contribuir a garantizar la seguridad y el correcto funcionamiento de nuestros espacios, manteniendo un registro actualizado de los eventos e incidencias.
  • Apoyar al resto del equipo de Yugoers en tareas clave durante el periodo de cambio de verano y otros periodos de alta actividad, asegurando que el edificio esté preparado para la llegada de nuevos estudiantes.
  • Apoyar al equipo de atención al cliente y cubrir la recepción cuando sea necesario.

Requirements

2. REQUIREMENTS

  • Experiencia previa en instalaciones, mantenimiento o empresas del sector.
  • Experiencia trabajando en equipo.
  • Persona proactiva, con iniciativa y buenas habilidades para la resolución de problemas.
  • Capacidad para comunicarse eficazmente con diferentes equipos y niveles de la organización.
  • Conocimientos a nivel usuario de Microsoft Office y capacidad para trabajar con sistemas y bases de datos online.
  • Persona fiable, responsable, amable y accesible.

También se valorará:

  • Formación o experiencia en algún oficio relacionado con el mantenimiento: electricidad, fontanería, carpintería, climatización u otros similares.
  • Experiencia previa en atención al cliente.
  • Experiencia trabajando en residencias de estudiantes, alojamientos o sectores similares.
  • Nivel intermedio de inglés.
