Storia, eleganza e ospitalità italiana si incontrano in due indirizzi d'eccellenza, accomunati da una forte attenzione al servizio e alla cura dell'esperienza dell'ospite.

La prima struttura affonda le proprie radici nella storia veneziana e accoglie i suoi ospiti in un ambiente dal fascino senza tempo, dove l'eleganza della tradizione incontra un'ospitalità contemporanea.

La seconda è un raffinato hotel nel cuore della città, pensato per offrire un'esperienza autenticamente veneziana attraverso ambienti ricercati, attenzione ai dettagli e un servizio altamente personalizzato.

Per entrambe le realtà, cerchiamo una figura capace di guidare il servizio con presenza, sensibilità e autorevolezza, trasformando ogni momento al tavolo in un'esperienza memorabile.

ATTIVITA' E RESPONSABILITA'

In qualità di Maitre, sarai il punto di riferimentodella sala e dell'esperienza F&B, occupandoti di accogliere gli ospiti con professionalità e calore e di coordinare il servizio affinché ogni dettaglio sia curato con la massima attenzione.

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

  • Accogliere gli ospiti con eleganza, professionalità e attenzione;
  • Gestire le prenotazioni e l'assegnazione dei tavoli in maniera efficace;
  • Coordinare il team di sala, garantendo fluidità e armonia durante il servizio;
  • Costruire e mantenere una relazione di valore con la clientela abituale;
  • Anticipare esigenze e richieste degli ospiti attraverso un servizio intuitivo e personalizzato;
  • Conoscere il mercato dell'ospitalità locale e le sue dinamiche;
  • Contribuire a creare un'atmosfera calda e accogliente;
  • Gestire eventuali criticità e richieste della clientela con discrezione e orientamento alla soluzione;
  • Garantire il rispetto degli standard di salute, sicurezza e igiene, secondo le normative HACCP.

REQUISITI RICHIESTI

Cerchiamo una persona che porti nel ruolo personalità, passione e una naturale vocazione all'ospitalità.

Sono richiesti:

  • Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo di Maitre in contesti di hotellerie di lusso
  • Forte orientamento all'ospite e alla qualità del servizio;
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali;
  • Capacità di anticipare le esigenze e gestire con diplomazia eventuali problematiche;
  • Cura impeccabile della propria immagine e professionalità;
  • Flessibilità e capacità di adattarsi a diversi contesti operativi;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese;
  • La conoscenza di ulteriori lingue straniere sarà considerata un plus.

COSA OFFRIAMO

Sono previsti:

  • Contratto determinato 12 mesi, con successivo passaggio a indeterminato;
  • Ral: 30-34K;

  • Premio di performance previsto dall'Accordo Integrativo Aziendale, convertibile in welfare;
