ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a driven and personable Management Associate to join our team. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work directly with clients, support training delivery, and help shape content — all while operating in a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environment. If you thrive on variety, enjoy working with people, and like getting things done, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Act as the main client partner, managing end-to-end relationships and aligning project goals with client needs.
  • Apply Vibe Coding and modern AI tools to rapidly turn client concepts into working prototypes and live project solutions.
  • Design, refine, and deliver comprehensive training sessions and materials both online and on-site.
  • Orchestrate seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to drive smooth project delivery.
  • Champion AI adoption within the team to optimize efficiency, execution speed, and delivery standards.
  • Maintain flexibility in working hours to accommodate critical project deadlines and client requests.

Requirements

  • Fresh Graduates Welcome: Recent graduates with a strong passion for tech and business are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Commercial Mindset: Business-minded with sharp commercial instincts — bonus points if you’ve built or run your own side project/business.
  • Client-Facing & Communication: Excellent communication skills with a professional, confident presence for in-person client interactions.
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced English fluency (C1 level or higher) across writing, reading, and speaking.
  • Tech-Savvy & AI Enthusiast: High comfort level with technology, with hands-on experience experimenting with new AI tools and frameworks.
  • Adaptable & Driven: Strong work ethic with the flexibility to adapt schedules and travel for client meetings or training events as needed.
