🚀 Un rôle stratégique au cœur des organisations

Chez Altesia, tu accompagnes des PME, des scale-ups et des grandes entreprises dans la gestion et la structuration de leur fonction financière.

Tu interviens dans des environnements variés et stimulants, avec des responsabilités concrètes :

  • superviser la préparation des clôtures mensuelles/trimestrielles/annuelles et garantir la fiabilité du management reporting,
  • garantir la conformité aux normes et réglementations financières (BE GAAP / IFRS) et coordonner les audits internes et externes,
  • piloter les processus budgétaires, forecasting et financial planning & analysis (FP&A),
  • analyser les écarts et développer des KPI dashboards afin de formuler des recommandations stratégiques,
  • accompagner la direction dans la définition et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie financière dans une logique de business partnering,
  • identifier des leviers d’optimisation des coûts et d’amélioration des processus financiers, notamment via des projets de finance transformation,
  • structurer les contrôles internes, améliorer la qualité des flux financiers et contribuer à l’implémentation ou optimisation d’ERP et outils de reporting.

Au-delà des missions clients, tu joues un rôle clé dans l’encadrement :

• accompagnement technique des consultants plus juniors sur leurs missions

• suivi de nos consultants dans leur développement professionnel, leur évolution de carrière et leur bien-être

• collaboration étroite avec les Partners

Requirements

Profil recherché

  • Master en Économie, Finance ou Gestion.
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en audit et/ou en contrôle financier.
  • Excellente maîtrise des flux financiers, du reporting et des outils associés
  • Solides compétences analytiques, esprit critique et capacité de résolution de problèmes.
  • Forte intelligence émotionnelle et capacité d’adaptation.
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion d’équipe et mentoring.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter des deadlines exigeantes
  • Expérience en financial planning, budgeting et forecasting
  • Bonne connaissance des normes comptables (BE GAAP / IFRS)
  • Excellente maîtrise écrite et orale du français et de l’anglais. Le néerlandais est un plus.
