Propósito del cargo

El/la Manager será responsable de liderar de manera integral una cartera de clientes y procesos de búsqueda, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales y operacionales de la compañía. Tendrá un rol 360°, combinando desarrollo de negocios, gestión de clientes, liderazgo de equipos y ejecución estratégica de proyectos de reclutamiento.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar y expandir relaciones comerciales con clientes actuales y potenciales.
  • Identificar oportunidades de negocio y generar nuevas cuentas.
  • Liderar procesos de Executive Search y reclutamiento especializado de principio a fin.
  • Gestionar y desarrollar un equipo de consultores y/o recruiters.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de indicadores de calidad, tiempos de cierre y satisfacción de clientes.
  • Participar en reuniones comerciales y levantamiento de necesidades con clientes.
  • Diseñar estrategias de búsqueda y atracción de talento para posiciones de alta complejidad.
  • Coordinar el trabajo entre las áreas involucradas para asegurar una experiencia de excelencia.
  • Monitorear indicadores de desempeño, rentabilidad y productividad.
  • Proponer mejoras continuas a procesos, metodologías y herramientas.

Requisitos

  • Título profesional en Ingeniería Comercial, Psicología, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.
  • Entre 5 y 7 años de experiencia en consultoría de reclutamiento, Executive Search, RPO o empresas de servicios B2B.
  • Al menos 2 años liderando equipos.
  • Experiencia comprobable en desarrollo comercial y gestión de cuentas.
  • Experiencia liderando procesos completos de selección para cargos profesionales y ejecutivos.
  • Alta orientación a resultados y servicio al cliente.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y liderazgo.
  • Manejo de ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter y herramientas digitales de reclutamiento.
  • Inglés intermedio o avanzado (deseable).
