Restaurant Team Member

Join our restaurant team, where every employee is cross-trained to support multiple areas of daily operations. This role offers variety, hands-on experience, and the chance to learn all aspects of running a fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house environment.

Responsibilities Take customer orders at the counter and drive-thru, processing drive-thru payments accurately and efficiently. Prepare side items such as gravy, mashed potatoes, and rolls. Those hired as cooks will learn the full cooking process, including breading chicken products and marinating for the next day's service. Depending on shift, complete opening preparations and cleaning tasks to set the next shift up for success, or close the store by cleaning thoroughly and prepping what's possible for the following day.

Requirements Willingness to learn multiple roles across the restaurant, including front counter, drive-thru, and food prep. Cooks will learn the full process from prep to frying. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while following food safety and preparation procedures. Strong teamwork and communication skills to support smooth shift transitions.

Work Model On-site position within the restaurant, with shifts covering both morning and night operations. Morning shifts focus on prep and shift readiness, while night shifts focus on cleaning and next-day prep.
