Descrizione del ruolo

Il/La Manufacturing Engineer è responsabile dell'industrializzazione dei processi produttivi e del continuo miglioramento delle prestazioni operative dello stabilimento.

La figura collabora con Produzione, Qualità, Manutenzione, Logistica e Ufficio Tecnico per garantire processi efficienti, affidabili e conformi agli standard qualitativi e di sicurezza aziendali.

Il ruolo prevede:

  • Analisi e ottimizzazione dei processi produttivi
  • Gestione di progetti di miglioramento continuo
  • Supporto all'introduzione di nuovi prodotti e tecnologie
  • Incremento di produttività, qualità e competitività aziendale

Responsabilità principali

  • Analizzare e ottimizzare i processi produttivi per migliorarne efficienza, qualità e sicurezza;
  • Supportare le attività di industrializzazione di nuovi prodotti e processi;
  • Definire e aggiornare cicli produttivi, istruzioni operative e documentazione tecnica;
  • Collaborare alla progettazione e al miglioramento di layout, attrezzature e postazioni di lavoro;
  • Identificare e implementare progetti Lean Manufacturing;
  • Monitorare e analizzare KPI produttivi, individuando azioni correttive e preventive;
  • Supportare attività di riduzione costi e incremento della produttività;
  • Partecipare alla gestione di investimenti industriali e introduzione di nuove tecnologie;
  • Collaborare con Qualità, Produzione e Manutenzione nella risoluzione di problematiche tecniche;
  • Condurre analisi di processo e attività di problem solving strutturato.

Requirements

Requisiti

Formazione

🎓 Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Meccanica, Industriale o discipline affini.

Esperienza

  • Esperienza di almeno 2-5 anni in ruoli analoghi in contesti manifatturieri strutturati;
  • Conoscenza dei processi produttivi industriali e delle logiche di industrializzazione;
  • Esperienza nell'analisi e ottimizzazione dei processi produttivi;
  • Buona conoscenza delle metodologie Lean Manufacturing;
  • Ottima padronanza di Excel e dei principali strumenti informatici;
  • Capacità di analisi dati e problem solving.

Competenze e requisiti

  • Esperienza in aziende del settore metalmeccanico o manifatturiero;
  • Conoscenza di sistemi ERP e software di gestione della produzione;
  • Conoscenza di strumenti di analisi dei processi e miglioramento continuo;
  • Familiarità con metodologie Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, SMED e Value Stream Mapping;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Gradita conoscenza di software CAD e strumenti di progettazione industriale.
